Responsibilities

Create and manage Azure DevOps projects, git repositories, and pipelines
Oversee and configure Azure DevOps organizational settings
Recommend and assist with the building and hosting of complex application solutions
Understand, deploy, and manage AWS, Microsoft Azure, and/or other cloud services
Support and expand infrastructure
Coordinate server configuration and administration with multiple parties
Make recommendations for future server and software upgrades
Monitor systems and applications to ensure security, availability, and performance
Establish systems by evaluating network performance issues, including availability, utilization, throughput, goodput, and latency; planning and executing the selection, installation, configuration, and testing of equipment; defining network policies and procedures; and establishing connections and firewalls
Maintains network and systems performance by performing systems monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning; troubleshooting systems and application problems; escalating problems to vendor
Build and manage relationships in a matrixed environment
Find opportunities to refactor solutions to obtain better performance, cost, and efficiency

Required

Bachelor's Degree or technical institute degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience
2 – 3 years' experience with: Server 2012 R2, 2016, 2019, and 2022
2 – 3 years IIS Administration
2 – 3 years of network communications, including TCP/IP and DNS Samba/CIFS file sharing and NTFS permissions
2 – 3 years of strong professional experience in AWS cloud systems is required
5 – 8 years of professional experience in information systems engineering or a related field is required

Preferred

2 – 3 years of strong professional experience in Microsoft Azure cloud systems is highly desired
2 – 3 years of experience with other cloud providers, such as GCP, is highly desired
2 – 3 years of professional experience in the administration of Microsoft software is highly desired
3 – 5 years of IT work experience in infrastructure/network environments in systems operations, support, maintenance, and administration
3 – 5 years of professional experience supporting middleware such as API Management, IT Service Automation tools, and batch job services is highly desired
