Manage and support TV ad sales accounts from booking through post-campaign invoicing
Partner closely with sales teams and internal Ad Operations stakeholders to ensure accurate execution
Support campaign trafficking, scheduling, and sponsorship fulfillment
Provide insight into advertiser behavior from both buying and trafficking perspectives
Monitor campaign delivery and resolve issues to ensure accurate and timely execution
Serve as a trusted operational partner to internal teams and external clients
Maintain detailed documentation and ensure accuracy across all account-related processes
Qualification
Required
Experience in account management, ad operations, media operations, or sales support
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment
Clear communicator who can partner effectively with sales, operations, and client teams
