Responsibilities
Act as a Functional SME for Oracle Fusion Service Cloud / Oracle CX applications
Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
Configure and support Oracle Service Cloud modules to meet business needs
Work closely with technical teams to ensure accurate implementation of functional requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration with other enterprise systems
Provide functional support, issue analysis, and user guidance for existing applications
Participate in requirement walkthroughs, UAT support, and business sign-offs
Ensure adherence to Oracle best practices and CX functional standards
Document functional designs, business processes, configurations, and procedures
Coordinate with offshore and onshore teams during PST working hours
Stay updated on Oracle CX product updates, enhancements, and industry trends
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience with Oracle CX / Oracle Fusion Service Cloud (Functional)
Strong understanding of customer service and contact center business processes
Experience in requirements gathering, functional documentation, and UAT support
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working with global delivery teams (onshore/offshore model)
Preferred
Functional exposure to SAP systems (preferred but not mandatory)
Experience in Agile / Scrum environments
