Bilingual HR Administrative Assistant
Confidential company is seeking a Bilingual HR Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will handle various tasks to ensure day-to-day operations run efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities
Serve as an administrative partner to the HR team by coordinating schedules, managing appointments, and maintaining smooth communication across departments
Create, edit, and maintain HR documents, reports, presentations, and confidential records, ensuring accuracy and organization
Support the planning and coordination of events such as orientations, trainings, department meetings, and internal gatherings
Arrange travel, including booking transportation, accommodations, and preparing relevant itineraries and documentation
Respond to internal and external inquiries, directing individuals to the appropriate department and ensuring clarity and timely assistance
Assist with HR-driven projects by tracking progress, collaborating with staff, and helping ensure deadlines are met
Perform general administrative duties including note taking, document organization, and maintaining structured filing systems
Work collaboratively as a dependable team member by offering support when needed and contributing positively to departmental goals
Qualification
Required
BS/BA degree, or two years of experience in an administrative HR support role or a combination of education and experience of both
Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and complete assignments efficiently
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a clear, professional, and confident style
Strong attention to detail and ability to produce polished, error‑free written materials
Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong interpersonal abilities and professionalism, with the capacity to interact respectfully and diplomatically at all levels
Trusted to handle sensitive and confidential HR information with discretion and integrity
Experienced in coordinating projects from start to finish with solid planning and follow‑through abilities
