Graduate Electrical Engineer
Graphcore is a globally recognized leader in Artificial Intelligence computing systems, and they are seeking a Graduate Electrical Engineer to help design and bring up complex server and rack-level boards. The role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure optimized designs and performing lab validations using electrical test tools.

Responsibilities
Help design, review, and bring up complex server and rack-level boards, including high-speed signaling and power delivery
Support component selection, SI/PI analysis, and system-level integration to ensure quality and reliability
Collaborate with mechanical, thermal, and manufacturing teams to achieve optimized, scalable, and testable designs
Perform lab validation and debug using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and other electrical test tools
Document and share design updates, validation results, and process improvements
Qualification
Required
Hold (or are on track to hold) a Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or other related degree
Candidates with alternative degrees will also be considered if they have relevant experience
Preferred
Knowledge of analog/digital circuit design and power distribution fundamentals
Experience with schematic capture and PCB tools (Cadence, Altium, or Mentor)
Familiarity with high-speed interfaces such as PCIe, DDR, or Ethernet
Skilled in lab testing, communication, and teamwork
