Responsibilities
Lead and mentor IT professionals focused on:
Identity & access
Asset management
System hardening
Develop and execute operational strategies for high availability and performance
Partner with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and business teams to align IT operations with business goals
Oversee Microsoft 365 platforms:
Outlook
Teams
OneDrive
SharePoint
Manage Microsoft Intune:
Device provisioning
Compliance
Lifecycle management
Administer Entra ID:
Group management
User provisioning
Access controls
Ensure strong MFA and SSO configurations
Support office technologies (mailboxes, printers, scanners, etc.)
Provision and manage Windows and/or Linux servers
Monitor server health, performance, and availability
Manage service accounts and critical background processes
Execute patching, updates, and vulnerability remediation
Maintain server documentation, SOPs, and recovery plans
Ensure smooth onboarding/offboarding
Participate in IT on-call rotation (24/7 coverage)
Drive automation and scripting initiatives
Maintain asset inventory and lifecycle tracking
Maintain documentation and standard operating procedures
Act as escalation point for complex access, device, and application issues
Partner with service desk teams to ensure consistent service delivery
Improve self-service tools and user support processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of IT operations experience
2+ years in a leadership role
Strong expertise in: Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID (Azure AD), Identity & Access Management
Experience with: Server provisioning, Patching, Monitoring, Service account management
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Preferred
Automation and scripting (PowerShell)
Hybrid cloud and modern workplace technologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
