Design, build, and operate backend services with a strong focus on reliability, performance, and developer experience
Work closely with cross-functional teams, taking ownership of critical systems while shaping technical standards and ensuring operational excellence
Qualification
Required
5+ years of backend service development experience, with 3+ years working in TypeScript/Node.js
Fluency with relational databases and SQL
Proven ability to ship production systems with high uptime and minimal maintenance burden
Strong commitment to clean code principles and automated testing
Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating in remote, asynchronous teams
Deep understanding of API design, versioning, documentation, and modern authentication patterns
Preferred
Experience in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments
Familiarity with performance profiling, latency reduction, and service-level adherence
Background in designing and operating event-driven architectures
Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, Prometheus, and Grafana
Experience integrating or interacting with blockchain node software (e.g., geth, Solana validators)
Passion for building internal tools that improve developer productivity and operational efficiency
