Responsibilities
Responsible for preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, Revenue, variance analysis, and intercompany transactions for month-end, quarterly, and year-end
Perform daily cash management duties, including recording bank deposits, updating cash receipt logs, and posting receipts to the A/R sub-ledger
Analyze fixed asset and depreciation reporting utilizing Netsuite ERP software
Support the finance team with various ad-hoc projects
Review multiple leasing schedules for financial transactions
Assist team in providing for external audits
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3+ years of accounting experience
Understanding in Fixed Assets, Intercompany Reconciliations, and General Ledger
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is preferably
Netsuite ERP experience is preferred
