Service Specialist

Qualification
Required
Strong communication and customer service skills to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
Quickly able to identify customer needs and help with office workflow
Experience with customer service and a proven ability to meet/or exceed business expectations
Knowledge of payment processing is beneficial for handling customer accounts
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Spanish-speaking would be a plus, but not required
Prior experience in the insurance industry is a plus, but not required
