Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end deployment of Censitrac across assigned hospital facilities
Review and document existing surgical instrument workflows, identifying inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
Manage system integrations between Censitrac and existing hospital platforms to ensure smooth data exchange and operations
Work closely with project managers, clinical staff, and technical teams to gather requirements, track timelines, and address issues
Lead on-site implementation activities, including system validation, testing, go-live support, and end-user assistance
Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, issues, and key milestones to leadership teams
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated experience with Censitrac implementation or comparable surgical instrument tracking solutions
Strong background in healthcare-focused technical project management or hospital operations
Comfortable working on-site as needed and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
Excellent skills in workflow analysis, communication, and problem resolution
