Responsibilities
Effective note-taking and organization to ensure project success
Providing regular updates on the status of assigned tasks to other members of the project team
Escalate and mitigate risks before they become an issue
Hands-on Salesforce configuration with support from technical leads
Execute basic change management & learning (training videos for clients, tip sheets, regression test scripts, etc.)
This role may require some travel time, mostly local, depending on project needs. Therefore, we're seeking candidates who are open to and able to accommodate
Qualification
Required
Detail-oriented team player
Experience managing complex technical projects
Comfortable configuring the Salesforce platform end-to-end
Experience with data transformation, UI/UX design, process automation, and security and visibility settings
Availability to work from the downtown Indianapolis office at least four days per week
Excited to collaborate with a close-knit, supportive team
Demonstrated leadership experience
Familiar with either Scrum or Agile project methodologies
Ability to clearly articulate the value of the tasks being performed
Effective time management in coordination with the team
Preferred
Existing Salesforce certifications
Proven track record of success on Trailhead
