Founding SDR
FinOptimal builds accounting automation software for modern accounting teams and operators. They are seeking a Founding SDR to own outbound sales efforts, book meetings, and build a repeatable playbook for success in this role.

Responsibilities
Own outbound sourcing from strategy through execution
Book 30 held meetings per month through outbound efforts you directly generate
Write, test, and iterate on outbound copy across email and other channels
Build and maintain outbound infrastructure including domains, warm-up, deliverability, and tooling
Source and build your own lists and segments
Experiment, learn, document, and turn what works into a repeatable playbook
Run outbound with discipline and good judgment without burning domains, reputation, or trust
Focus primarily on net-new or long-dormant prospects rather than paid inbound leads
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated success as an SDR or outbound sales rep
Clear evidence you can consistently book meetings via cold outbound
Experience managing or owning outbound tooling and infrastructure
Ability to work independently without a pre-built playbook
Strong written communication skills
U.S.-based and authorized to work in the U.S
Preferred
Proven experience booking meetings through outbound sales
Strong outbound copywriting skills with a track record of generating replies
Deep familiarity with outbound tooling and infrastructure
Ability to set things up yourself and figure things out without hand-holding
Good judgment around deliverability, ethics, and brand protection
A builder mindset with comfort operating in ambiguity
Preference for ownership and accountability over rigid process
