Responsibilities
Hiring and training a positive, skilled, and dependable team
Adjusting the deployment of resources to match changing needs
Identifying and solving problems to improve program quality
Procuring and managing inventory of supplies and equipment
Reporting outcomes through various channels (spreadsheets, UKG Timekeeping, Budgets)
Hands-on working manager in the field to provide coaching, mentoring, and continuous training
Qualification
Required
5-7 years of operations management experience in either the facilities management, retail management, commercial landscaping/groundskeeping, or business improvement district (BID) industries
Advanced client relationship management skills
Strong managerial skills
Great work ethic
Enjoys working outdoors
Experience supervising a team of employees
Passion for creating a great experience
