The intern will join the Engineering R&D team to test and validate industrial electronic hardware, ensuring products meet performance, safety, and compliance standards.

Responsibilities
Assist with circuit design, component selection, and test requirements
Execute board-level functional testing and hardware verification plans
Support EMC validation and certification compliance (UL, ATEX, IECEx)
Program, analyze, and troubleshoot electronic hardware prototypes
Create documentation, test reports, and design records
Develop scripts to automate test procedures
Execute verification testing (manual + automated) for product functionality
Document test procedures and create test reports
Support lab improvements/audits and test hardware platform builds
Qualification
Required
Pursuing BS/MS in Electrical Engineering (or similar)
GPA 2.75+ (if required)
Enrolled in school at least one semester after the internship ends
Comfortable reading schematics and basic circuit theory
US-based candidates only. Must be authorized to work in the US (no sponsorship)
Preferred
Power electronics, motors, PLC/drives, industrial automation
MATLAB, Python/C++/C#/Java/JS, CAD/Creo, SAP/ERP
CPLD/FPGA familiarity, Agile experience
