Responsibilities

Support IT capital planning, system security requirements, and budget/contract oversight for IRISG systems
Drive enterprise workflow optimization and technology-enabled process improvements
Lead IT governance, modernization initiatives, and cross-system integration efforts in all OSORA IT systems, such as, but not limited to: SWIFT, Relativity, Secure Release, Records Management System (RMS), PRRB Access Database, PRA tracker, etc
Oversee and improve CMS’s enterprise-wide manuals and sub-regulatory guidance publication processes by implementing and maintaining modern workflow systems

Required

You must be a U.S. Citizen or National to apply for this position
You will be subject to a background and suitability investigation
The incumbent is required to obtain and maintain a COR I certification within one year of appointment
Your resume (limited to no more than 2 pages) must include detailed information as it relates to the responsibilities and specialized experience for this position

You must demonstrate in your resume at least one year (52 weeks) of qualifying specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal government, obtained in either the private or public sector, to include: Advising senior leadership or program offices on IT strategy, system improvements, data governance, workflow enhancements, or digital-records modernization
Participating in IT contracts or vendor services such as developing requirements, monitoring performance, or evaluating deliverables
Managing IT budgets, planning resources or making multi-year investments
Managing digital workflows for sub-regulatory guidance, ensuring accuracy, version control, records management, or timely release of documents
