Information Technology
Responsibilities
Analyze and report plant cost and operating data, including variances and performance metrics
Support monthly forecasting and monitor actual results vs. forecast
Track capital expenditures (CAPEX) against approved budgets
Perform month-end close activities, journal entries, and standard financial reporting
Partner with engineering to ensure accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs)
Support SOX compliance, audits, and physical inventory processes
Assist with annual standard cost updates and other finance-related initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
3+ years of experience in cost accounting or financial analysis (manufacturing preferred)
Strong Excel and financial systems skills
Experience with standard costing and ERP systems
Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Preferred
Experience with Oracle ERP
CPA or CMA (a plus, not required)
