Responsibilities

Lead on-site training to ensure pharmacy workflows are clearly understood and consistently followed
Reinforce correct execution of intake, fulfillment, and handoff processes
Support onboarding, retraining, and process updates for new and existing staff
Conduct regular on-site audits to assess adherence to SOPs and standard workflows
Identify execution gaps and provide real-time corrective coaching
Track recurring issues and escalate systemic risks to leadership
Create and maintain practical job aids, checklists, and quick-reference guides
Translate SOPs and system requirements into usable, day-to-day tools
Ensure materials remain aligned with evolving workflows and systems
Act as a bridge between pharmacy operations and billing, inventory, 340B, and reporting teams
Train front-end teams on how daily decisions impact downstream processes
Communicate operational realities and edge cases to back-end teams to inform improvements
Support system implementations and workflow rollouts
Provide hands-on training during launch and stabilization periods
Ensure operational changes are adopted and sustained over time
Partner with pharmacy leadership, operations, billing, inventory, and compliance teams
Help reduce rework, minimize risk, and improve consistency across sites

Required

Prior experience in pharmacy operations or closely related healthcare operations
Strong working knowledge of 340B programs and workflows
Billing and rejection management
Inventory management and ordering
Experience developing and delivering operational training materials
Strong communication and coaching skills
Highly detail-oriented with a focus on execution and consistency
Ability to work independently in a multi-location, on-site environment
Willingness to travel regularly between pharmacy locations
