Responsibilities
Own and elevate GoFasti’s brand identity across all channels
Develop marketing campaigns that support company goals, partnerships, and talent initiatives
Maintain brand consistency across company, executive, and partner-facing communications
Conduct market research to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities
Produce high-quality content for executives and company channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
Work with designers to create compelling visuals, carousels, reels, and social assets
Draft long-form content: thought-leadership posts, newsletters, case studies, press statements
Plan editorial calendars and oversee social publishing with clear KPIs
Monitor community engagement and respond on behalf of the brand
Build and maintain the digital presence of company executives (mainly LinkedIn and IG)
Craft storytelling-driven content that positions executives as industry voices
Coordinate photo/video asset creation through designers, photographers, or video editors
Plan and optimize marketing funnels with strong CTAs (landing pages, DMs, email sequences, webinars)
Track performance across platforms to uncover opportunities and improve results
Collaborate with internal teams, photographers, and video editors to execute campaigns end-to-end
Leverage AI tools for content production, segmentation, research, and automation
Stay up to date with marketing, AI, and automation trends to infuse innovation into workflows
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in marketing, branding, social media management, or related roles
Demonstrated success managing brand presence and social media for a company or executives
Strong copywriting and storytelling skills—clear, engaging, and human-centered
Experience working with designers, creative teams, and external vendors
Strong understanding of digital channels: LinkedIn, IG, TikTok, YouTube, email, and landing pages
Ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns end-to-end
Solid grasp of analytics and performance tracking (platform insights, funnel metrics)
Fluent English communication (spoken and written); Spanish is a plus
Highly proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a remote environment
Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, automation platforms, content optimization tools)
Experience supporting executive personal brands as a growth engine
Preferred
Background in B2B, SaaS, or tech marketing
Knowledge of CRM/automation tools (HubSpot AI, Salesforce, Notion, Zapier, etc.)
Ability to coordinate photo/video shoots or oversee creative production
