Account Manager

Backyard Products is a nationally based company and America’s #1 backyard builder since 1975. They are seeking an Account Manager to work with the Territory Manager and big box retailers to help grow their market in the Raleigh area.

Responsibilities

Serve as a point of contact between our local office and our big box retailers
Measure, watch and manage big box retail sales
Travel will consist of visiting established big box partners
Discussing sales, product knowledge and growth

Required

High School Diploma or GED with 2-4 years of relevant employee management, sub-contractor management, and construction/building materials experience
Prior relevant experience with Big Box accounts
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Entrepreneurial spirit: The ability to take initiative and drive results in a fluid environment
Exceptional communication and writing skills including public speaking skills
Well-organized, detail oriented
Acts with a high degree of ownership and personal accountability
