Lead/StaffVarmoda Tech is seeking a Lead Project Manager to oversee the execution of a Task Order within federal environments. The role involves managing project plans, coordinating deliverables, and ensuring compliance with quality standards while facilitating stakeholder engagement and Agile practices.

Responsibilities
Provide overall management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership for execution of the Task Order
Develop, maintain, and manage integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource allocations across all SOW tasks
Coordinate and oversee all deliverables to ensure compliance with SOW requirements, quality standards, and acceptance criteria
Lead kickoff meetings, governance forums, status briefings, and stakeholder coordination sessions with the COR and DOT leadership
Oversee preparation and submission of weekly status reports, monthly performance reports, risk and issue logs, and corrective action plans
Ensure Agile delivery practices are effectively implemented and aligned with DOT operational priorities
Facilitate workshops and planning sessions to drive stakeholder buy-in and ensure solutions align with DOT strategies
Manage risks, dependencies, and changes to prevent degradation of cost, schedule, or performance
Ensure continuity of operations and enforce cross-training requirements for any Key Personnel transitions in accordance with the SOW
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated understanding of information assurance, cybersecurity, and privacy policy disciplines and methodologies
Working knowledge of Federal cybersecurity initiatives including Zero Trust, cybersecurity supply chain risk management, and emerging technologies impacting federal environments
Strong understanding of FISMA 2014 requirements, reporting structures, and federal compliance oversight
Familiarity with NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF), NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF), and ICAM implementation concepts
Understanding of the NICE Cybersecurity Workforce Framework and Federal Cybersecurity Workforce Assessment Act of 2015
Proven ability to engage customers to assess needs, resolve issues, and manage stakeholder expectations in federal environments
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and Visio
Industry-recognized project management certification (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP)
Experience managing Agile continuous delivery and continuous improvement efforts on federal IT or cybersecurity contracts
Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, resource coordination, cost tracking, and performance monitoring
Knowledge of enterprise architecture program development and its integration with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and records management
Ability to facilitate workshops that foster business buy-in and drive solutions that meet business needs and adhere to DOT strategies
