Responsibilities
Support proposal manager as needed, including attendance at scheduled kick-off, review, and other pursuit meetings; attending meetings to document action items and larger strategy discussions; issue subconsultant data calls; and manage received information
Complete the required corporate forms
Provide response to data calls from teaming partners
Work with technical writers to maintain toolkit content (resumes, project descriptions, boilerplate text, etc)
Maintain and archive image/graphic libraries through Open Asset
Coordinate hard copy production and shipment of final submittal, as needed
Maintain client database through designated tools
Maintain consistency and storage of information
Qualification
Required
BA/BS in relevant technical or industry experience OR 6+ years relevant AEC industry experience
Proposal experience within the infrastructure industries (aviation, transportation, utilities, or technical services) preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat; experience with InDesign a plus
Strong interpersonal skills, good judgment, and ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Ability to anticipate, understand, and respond to internal client needs, including proposal manager, project manager, and technical subject matter experts (SMEs)
Preferred
Proposal experience within the infrastructure industries (aviation, transportation, utilities, or technical services) preferred
Experience with InDesign a plus
