They are seeking graduate school interns to support operations, finance, and data teams on key projects related to AI policies, attendance strategies, and knowledge management during a 10-week summer internship.

Responsibilities
Work with school leaders and industry experts to develop a strategic plan for DCI to disseminate AI training and policies to staff and students
Collaborate with a multi-stakeholder team to enhance data and operational systems to improve efficiency and student attendance
Design a Knowledge Management strategy for DCI by evaluating the unique and mission-aligned elements of DCI's knowledge infrastructure and recommending a technology solution/structure for knowledge management
Qualification
Required
Current enrollment in a graduate program in business administration (MBA), education, public policy, communications, or data science
Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage and synthesize complex information
Proficiency with tools relevant to the internship area (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, data visualization platforms, web content management systems, or social media management tools)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, mission-driven environment
Ability to accept and implement feedback received for real-time improvement
