Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with Project Managers and technical leads to advance engineering designs and improve processes
Support proposal development, including estimating engineering hours and defining project scope
Ensure engineering deliverables meet quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements
Provide technical direction and mentorship to engineers, drafters, and designers across projects of varying size and complexity
Perform technical analyses to support sound engineering decisions
Coordinate directly with clients to maintain alignment with project goals, schedules, and expectations
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and engineering best practices
Utilize artificial intelligence tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot and custom AI workflows) to improve efficiency and operations
Partner with the Digital Transformation and IT teams to support innovation and implementation of new tools
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited university (Civil or Mechanical preferred)
Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience
Hands-on experience with pipeline and/or facility projects
Experience designing or managing high-pressure gas projects
Preferred
Engineer-in-Training (EIT) or Professional Engineer (PE) registration
Proficiency with AutoCAD and Bluebeam
