Qualification
Required
Strong Analytical Skills and problem-solving abilities to identify and address technical challenges
Experience in E-Commerce platforms and strategies to enhance customer engagement and sales performance
Excellent Communication and collaborative skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Customer Service orientation to understand user needs and deliver exceptional product experiences
Knowledge of Sales principles and business KPIs to align technical solutions with business goals
Proficiency in modern software development practices and experience managing teams in an agile environment
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Preferred
Familiarity with maritime or travel industries is a plus
Advanced degree is a plus
