Brand Marketing Coordinator
Bask & Lather Co. is a fast-growing, family-founded haircare brand dedicated to restoring crowns and confidence. They are seeking a Brand Marketing Coordinator to develop and execute marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth across digital and retail channels.

Responsibilities
Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail, and experiential channels
Manage day-to-day brand marketing initiatives in alignment with the marketing calendar
Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, e-commerce, social, and retention teams to ensure brand consistency and cohesive storytelling
Assist with the creation of marketing briefs and coordinate campaign deliverables from concept through completion
Manage the digital asset library and ensure all teams and partners have access to up-to-date creative and marketing materials
Oversee the refresh and deployment of new creative assets for paid ads, website, and email campaigns
Collaborate with design and social teams to ensure content aligns with brand standards and performance goals
Conduct ongoing market research to identify industry trends, consumer insights, and competitive opportunities
Provide data-backed recommendations for optimizing campaigns and improving performance across key platforms (Shopify, TikTok, Amazon, Walmart, etc.)
Monitor and report on campaign KPIs, making actionable recommendations for continuous improvement
Partner with internal teams and external vendors to manage timelines, deliverables, and post-campaign evaluations
Support the planning and execution of trade shows, influencer activations, and brand partnerships
Assist in optimizing digital channels, including website updates, SEO, email, SMS, and affiliate marketing programs
Collaborate with the e-commerce and retention teams to ensure brand alignment and enhance customer experience across touchpoints
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
3+ years of experience in brand marketing within beauty, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or digital marketing
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid media, social, SEO, and influencer marketing
Proficiency in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite; basic video or graphic editing skills preferred
Excellent organizational and project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and KPI tracking
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with sharp attention to detail
Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify preferred) and familiarity with Amazon or TikTok Shop is a plus
A proactive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset with a passion for beauty and brand storytelling
Preferred
Basic video or graphic editing skills preferred
