Responsibilities
Lead commercial excellence initiatives and align them with the strategic priorities
Collaborate closely with the global teams to ensure that all commercial impacting data and reporting projects are on track to meet both customer and internal objectives
Lead cross-functional teams, including teams from IT/Data, Marketing, Commercial, to develop and implement commercial excellence solutions
Facilitate team meetings to ensure alignment and effective communication
Identify opportunities for innovation and growth in Commercial Excellence and related areas
Collaborate with the sales and commercial excellence to develop solutions that drive revenue across Envu’s diverse segments
Partner with Regional Commercial Excellence and commercial operations teams to drive collaboration and ensure that data, reporting and analytic project supports the broader business goals and is effectively adopted
Act as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries and updates
Deliver stakeholder adoption analysis, change management and adoption plans for commercial excellence related solutions in Reporting and Analytics (B.I.), and GTM Execution reporting and tracking
Monitor the progress of ongoing projects, ensuring they are executed within the agreed timelines and budgets
Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to update stakeholders on project status, risks, and outcomes
Focus on project outcomes and identifying areas for process improvement
Implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
Develop data driven recommendations related to required commercial capabilities and aligning teams to a prioritized roadmap
Collaborate with Finance, IT and regional Commercial Excellence to define and report on KPIs and customer segmentations
Lead the development and enhancement of reporting dashboards for commercial performance metrics in collaboration with Regional Comex, CRM, Activation & Pricing
Collaborate with Data teams to ensure global consistency in reporting
Identify opportunities to automate reporting and data analysis processes, improving efficiency and accuracy
Collaborate with CRM, Marketing, IT/data teams to implement automation solutions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
10 + years' experience in commercial excellence, sales operations, revenue operations, sales analytics, customer success or a related role
Strong proficiency in Commercial Technologies (sales and marketing)
In-depth knowledge of BI reporting solutions (i.e. Power BI), and sales and marketing data
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
Excellent communication, project management and presentation skills
Preferred
Master's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
Experience with CRM (i.e. MS Dynamics) desired
