Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative
Precision Glass Industries is seeking a Technical Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support for their custom glass manufacturing processes. The role involves analyzing technical drawings, entering customer requirements, and ensuring effective communication with clients while maintaining high standards of accuracy and service.

Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat, demonstrating professionalism, courtesy, and empathy
Accurately document all customer interactions, including inquiries, resolutions, and follow-up actions
Collaborate with internal departments (production, purchasing, logistics, etc.) to escalate and resolve customer requests in accordance with established guidelines
Review and analyze technical drawings, specifications, and customer requirements to ensure accurate order entry
Conduct thorough research to provide accurate and timely solutions to customer inquiries
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and support account growth through service and sales techniques
Meet or exceed established performance metrics and service-level expectations
Maintain up-to-date customer records by updating internal databases during and after interactions
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a technical, manufacturing, or industrial environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) and familiarity with ERP/CRM systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and effectively
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage a high volume of customer requests
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in order entry and documentation
Preferred
associate's or bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
Experience handling inbound/outbound calls, inside sales, and customer retention
