Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree is required for this role
Demonstrated ability to assess diverse experiences and identify potential beyond the resume, focusing on capabilities, context, and long-term fit
Ability to identify and engage top-tier candidates
Navigates uncertainty with confidence, adjusting strategies and evaluation criteria to align with evolving team goals and candidate profiles
Skilled at turning nuanced observations into actionable insights that inform hiring decisions
