Drive user-centered design across the full product lifecycle
Translate research into user flows, journeys, wireframes, and polished designs
Design solutions that balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to define and deliver design requirements
Lead design reviews and contribute to design system standards, including accessibility (WCAG)
Produce production-ready designs in Figma and support delivery through tools like JIRA
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in user-centered experience design, ideally within commerce or transactional products
Experience working with UX research and applying insights to design decisions
Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, UX artifacts, and high-quality visual design
Familiarity with modern consumer mobile app patterns
Solid understanding of cross-platform technical considerations
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent experience
