Oversee and manage the financial operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and tax compliance
Lead the accounting team and maintain internal controls
Coordinate audits and analyze financial data
Contribute to strategic financial planning
Qualification
Required
Strong construction financial management and accounting skills, including experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
Proficiency in financial software and tools, with strong analytical capabilities for financial planning and data interpretation
Demonstrated ability to optimize processes and data analytics using AI and automation
Experience in compliance, audit coordination, and maintaining internal controls
Leadership and team management skills, promoting collaboration and mentoring within the accounting department
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Preferred
CPA certification highly preferred
advanced degrees or certifications are a plus
