The role involves supporting and leading matters related to bankruptcies, reorganizations, and commercial litigation, while managing complex litigation and transactional matters.

Responsibilities

Support and lead matters involving bankruptcies, reorganizations, out-of-court workouts, liquidations, foreclosures, distressed investing, asset protection, and commercial litigation related to creditor-debtor rights
Handle every phase of the restructuring lifecycle, from negotiation and strategy to litigation and execution

Qualification

Required

10+ years of bankruptcy and restructuring experience
Strong written and oral advocacy skills
