Qualification
Required
J.D. degree from an ABA-accredited law school
Active bar membership in good standing (any state)
Strong interpersonal and advocacy skills
Immigration Law experience: includes direct client representation, law firm experience, Immigration Law School Clinic experience and/or personal experience navigating the immigration process
