Aerospace Coatings Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities

Lead the paint department’s shift huddle, aligning priorities and assigning work across the lines
Oversee paint line performance, balance throughput, and remove roadblocks to keep commitments on track
Implement and coordinate quality control measures so every component meets exacting aerospace standards
Coach, encourage, and supervise the team to achieve outstanding results and continuous improvement
Champion health and safety strategies, enforcing procedures and safe work practices
Troubleshoot production challenges with sound judgment and confident decision-making
Apply precise paint techniques and verify finishes meet specifications
Safely and efficiently operate and oversee equipment used throughout the paint process

Required

3+ years of industrial painting experience (manufacturing environment)
Proven supervisory or team leadership experience
High School Diploma or GED
Internal applicants must have 1 year of experience at Re:Build CDI in the paint department
