Responsibilities
Ensure smooth operation of SAP Data Sphere dataflows, connections, and SAC dashboards; perform daily health checks and resolve performance or data latency issues
Handle L2/L3 support tickets, perform root cause analysis, and document fixes and knowledge articles
Deploy and validate Data Sphere and SAC configuration changes, models, and reports as per AMS release and ITIL processes
Analyze and tune slow queries, data models, and dashboards to enhance efficiency and system reliability
Support business users with dashboard issues, data validation, and role-based security in Data Sphere and SAC
