Responsibilities
Requirement Gathering & Analysis
Conduct discovery workshops with business teams across Supply Chain, Warehouse Ops, Store Ops, and IT
Analyses existing AS-IS processes in the current Warehouse Management application
Identify gaps, constraints, and improvement opportunities for the rewrite program
Define TO-BE workflows across: 1. Distribution Planning 2. DC Operations Workflows 3. Reports Warehouse receiving, put away, picking, dispatch & returns 4. Inventory adjustments & reconciliation 5. User Story Creation & Functional Documentation
Convert business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and process notes
Prepare BRDs/FSDs, data mappings, interface specs and process flow diagrams
Ensure user stories align with modernization goals (microservices, scalability, automation)
Maintain documentation in collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, etc. 3. Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Qualification
Required
8+ Years of experience in Warehouse Management
Experience with Oracle / Manhattan Warehouse Management systems
Ability to conduct detailed business analysis
Experience in defining TO-BE processes
Ability to prepare high-quality, agile-ready user stories
Experience in requirement gathering and analysis
Ability to conduct discovery workshops with business teams across Supply Chain, Warehouse Ops, Store Ops, and IT
Experience analyzing existing AS-IS processes in Warehouse Management applications
Ability to identify gaps, constraints, and improvement opportunities
Experience defining TO-BE workflows across Distribution Planning, DC Operations Workflows, Reports, Inventory adjustments & reconciliation
Ability to convert business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and process notes
Experience preparing BRDs/FSDs, data mappings, interface specs, and process flow diagrams
Ability to ensure user stories align with modernization goals (microservices, scalability, automation)
Experience maintaining documentation in collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence
Strong stakeholder and cross-functional collaboration skills
