Responsibilities
Independently manage and support affiliate governance activities, including coordination of board-related matters and follow-up actions
Provide professional advisory input on affiliate-related issues, ensuring alignment with approved governance frameworks, policies, and procedures
Engage proactively with internal stakeholders and affiliate management to support resolution of complex or non-routine matters
Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of affiliate performance, governance effectiveness, and compliance
Analyze the financial performance of affiliates and support budget and funding discussions
Coordinate with internal functions such as legal, finance, compliance, and policy units to ensure coherent and timely outcomes
Prepare and review analytical materials, reports, and briefing notes to support management awareness and decision-making
Handle sensitive information with a high level of professionalism, judgment, and discretion
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related discipline from a recognized institution
Relevant professional experience in affiliate management, governance, advisory, or related roles within large or regulated organizations
Demonstrated ability to operate independently with sound professional judgment
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
