Sales Support and Marketing Insights Manager
Miniat is seeking a Sales Support and Marketing Insights Manager to serve as a strategic partner to the Sales & Marketing organization. This role is responsible for enabling sales effectiveness, strengthening customer engagement, and driving data-informed decision-making.

Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and optimize sales tools, pitch decks, product overviews, and customer‑ready materials to support commercial growth
Coordinate information flow between internal teams to ensure sales receives timely updates on products, capabilities, performance, and opportunities
Support preparation for key customer meetings, business reviews, trade shows, and internal commercial discussions
Assist with saleforece reporting, sort and track leads
Assist in cross functional RFP and RFI time sensitive proposals
Translate product capabilities, customer value propositions, and industry trends into compelling marketing content and sales collateral
Manage updates to brand, product, and capability narratives to ensure consistency and alignment with Miniat’s commercial strategy
Manage the relationship between Miniat’s marketing agency, consultants, website and social accounts
Maintain unique brand assets, including photo library, marketing archive, and templates
Actively work with agency to create SEO copies, including google analytics and email marketing campaigns
Create clear, visually effective, materials that elevate Miniat’s presence with customers and industry partners
Collaborate with Culinary and Growth & Innovation teams to develop new receipies for content
Analyze sales data, customer trends, product performance, and market intelligence to identify opportunities and risks
Develop newsletters, reports, and insights to support strategic decision‑making across Sales & Marketing
Conduct competitive research, pricing comparisons, and industry trend monitoring to inform commercial strategies
Partner with cross‑functional teams to create predictive insights, improve forecasting accuracy, and enhance visibility to business performance
Provide high‑quality analysis and support for key customer initiatives, presentations, and long‑term strategic planning
Ensure insights, marketing materials, and data provided to customers are accurate, relevant, and aligned with account strategies
Assist with coordination of customer visits, presentations, product demonstrations, and follow‑up actions
Manage approved conference and industry events budget and attend when needed
Manage multiple concurrent projects, deadlines, and priorities with strong organization and communication
Maintain accurate, well‑organized records of sales tools, insight outputs, marketing assets, and customer‑facing resources
Ensure timely, well‑documented handoff of deliverables across teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Communications, or related field
5–8 years of experience in sales support, marketing, insights/analytics, commercial operations, or similar roles
Ability to travel 20% based on customer and project needs
Ability to work collaboratively across functions, balancing strategy with hands‑on execution
Demonstrated problem-solving ability, with sound judgment and the capability to respond effectively to dynamic, time-sensitive business challenges
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights and recommended actions
Demonstrated ability to create polished, customer‑ready presentations and sales materials
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with dashboarding or CRM tools preferred
Excellent communication skills, including ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences
Strong project management ability with a track record of managing multiple priorities effectively
Ability to effectively leverage AI and AI platforms
