Sr Financial Data Automation & Analytics Engi
Grant Cardone Enterprises is seeking a hands-on, outcome-oriented professional to design, build, and maintain automated Finance data workflows using Alteryx. The role is critical to reducing manual Finance processes, improving data accuracy, and enabling scalable, audit-ready analytics across the organization.

Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain Alteryx workflows supporting Finance reporting, analytics, and operational decision-making
Automate recurring Finance reports, management reporting, and scheduled data pipelines
Develop reusable Alteryx macros, analytic apps, and standardized components to reduce duplication and technical debt
Integrate and reconcile data across core business systems, including: NetSuite (ERP) – GL, AR/AP, revenue, expenses, budgeting, HubSpot (CRM) – pipeline, bookings, revenue attribution, customer lifecycle, Google Workspace Enterprise ecosystem, including: BigQuery is the centralized analytical data store, Looker / Looker Studio for governed, role-based reporting and visualization, Precog for managed data ingestion and Finance-grade synchronization
Build Finance-ready data models that support cross-system reconciliation (CRM ↔ ERP ↔ Analytics)
Support Finance and leadership reporting via Looker and Looker Studio using curated, trusted datasets
Partner with IT and Finance leadership to design a deliberate migration and coexistence strategy toward Power BI, including: Preparing clean, well-modeled datasets suitable for Power BI consumption, Ensuring consistency of metrics across Google-based analytics and Power BI, Avoiding parallel metric definitions or reporting drift
Ensure accuracy, consistency, lineage, and auditability of Finance-related data outputs
Implement validation checks, reconciliations, and exception handling within Alteryx workflows
Support Finance in closing cycles, leadership reporting, and audit requirements with defensible data
Translate Finance and operational requirements into automated, production-ready solutions
Reduce reliance on spreadsheets, manual exports, and one-off reporting processes
Act as a trusted partner to Finance, Accounting, and IT on data feasibility and design decisions
Troubleshoot workflow failures, data anomalies, and performance bottlenecks
Document workflows, dependencies, and logic to support governance and continuity
Establish standards for naming, versioning, scheduling, access control, and reuse
Support production deployment, monitoring, and long-term maintainability
Qualification
Required
Advanced hands-on experience with Alteryx Designer, including: Advanced tools, Macros, Analytic Apps
Strong SQL skills with experience querying large relational and analytical datasets
Experience integrating with cloud data platforms, preferably BigQuery
Strong understanding of data modeling, data quality, and governance principles, especially for financial data
Experience working with ERP and CRM platforms, preferably NetSuite and HubSpot
Familiarity with Looker / Looker Studio, data visualization best practices, and semantic modeling
Proven ability to own solutions end-to-end, from requirements through production
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, SaaS-heavy environment with evolving priorities
Strong bias toward automation, simplification, and long-term scalability
Preferred
Exposure to Power BI or enterprise BI migrations strongly preferred
