Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team in the design, development, and deployment of appian applications
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the appian platform
Implement and champion agile practices and methodologies to improve team efficiency and project delivery
Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure adherence to best practices in appian development
Mentor team members on appian development, agile principles, and ensure knowledge sharing within the team
Drive continuous improvement and innovation in appian solutions and agile processes
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in designing and developing solutions using appian, including building business processes, integrations, and user interfaces
Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience in leading agile projects
Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders, team members, and drive collaboration
Problem-solving skills to analyze complex technical issues, propose solutions, and make informed decisions
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet project deadlines
