Responsibilities

Review medical records for liability purposes
Answer discovery and draft pleadings
Outline litigation plans
Review new files and recommend strategies
Conduct document reviews
Complete legal research and analysis
Prepare document summaries
Assist trial teams

Qualification

License to practice in WVLegal researchDocument reviewAnalytical skillsCommunication skillsOrganizational skillsWriting skills

Required

License to practice in West Virginia
Strong analytical, organization, writing, and communication skills

Preferred

second license in PA or OH preferred
PA-licensed attorneys with a UBE score eligible to waive into WV
