Responsibilities

3+ years of hands-on experience supporting authentication services using PingFederate, PingAccess, and PingDirectory
5+ years of experience integrating applications using SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, MFA, and FIDO2
Strong experience with authentication policy creation and implementation (policy fragments a plus)
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in complex enterprise environments
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
