New Grad, Entry LevelShrinQ Consulting Group Inc is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to design, develop, and deploy machine learning models that solve real-world business problems. This role involves collaborating with data engineers, software engineers, and business teams to build scalable and production-ready ML solutions.
Management Consulting
Responsibilities
Design, build, and optimize machine learning models for predictive and analytical use cases
Develop end-to-end ML pipelines including data preprocessing, training, validation, and deployment
Work with large datasets to extract insights and improve model performance
Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate ML models into applications and APIs
Monitor model performance and retrain models as needed
Document model design, assumptions, and results
Qualification
Required
Strong programming skills in Python
Experience with machine learning algorithms (regression, classification, clustering, NLP, or time-series)
Hands-on experience with ML libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or XGBoost
Knowledge of data structures, statistics, and probability
Familiarity with SQL and data handling techniques
Preferred
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Exposure to MLOps tools (MLflow, Airflow, Kubeflow, or similar)
Understanding of model deployment and monitoring
Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines
