Responsibilities
Manage cross-functional teams through the delivery of high-impact transformation projects, ensuring the rigorous application of project methodologies and digital tools
Help drive the framing of project scopes with stakeholders to define clear objectives
Help orchestrate work plans and change management plans while tracking comprehensive project timelines and critical milestones
Proactively track project progress and identify potential bottlenecks
Develop scenario planning and risk-mitigation strategies to be presented during governance and steering committee meetings
Serve as the primary animator for cross-functional project teams. Help facilitate workshops, design-thinking sessions, and brainstorming meetings to unlock collective intelligence and solve structural challenges
Identify potential organizational or operational risks, assess their criticality, and execute robust prevention and mitigation plans
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in Project Management, with experience supporting complex transformation or large-scale organizational change initiatives
Demonstrated experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and navigating complex, matrixed environments
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You must be comfortable challenging the status quo, expressing contrary viewpoints constructively, and influencing stakeholders to drive timely decision-making
High level of empathy and Emotional Intelligence (EQ) to navigate the human element of organizational change
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Communications, or a related field
Preferred
Experience in a regulated, consumer-facing, or fast-moving industry is preferred but not required
Professional certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional), or Change Management (PROSCI) is highly desirable
