Boeing Aerospace Operations is seeking experienced MH-139 Operations Technicians to work on the MH-139 program at FE Warren AFB in Cheyenne, Wyoming. The role involves assembling, disassembling, and modifying aerospace vehicle components, troubleshooting complex systems, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

Mechanic, Avionics & Structures positions available
Assembles, disassembles and/or modifies systems by changing, removing, replacing or upgrading aerospace vehicle components to correct failures or implement changes
Oversees assembly, disassembly or overhaul
Configures aerospace vehicles and bench test equipment
Troubleshoots complex pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical systems to isolate mechanical or electrical faults and repair faulty components
Performs validation/verification testing of systems and components
Documents procedures and established processes to ensure contractual and regulatory compliance (e.g., repairs, test results, applicable modifications and inspection results)
Inspects components and verifies repairs for flight worthiness requirements
Works under general direction

Required

Minimum of 3 years' experience with Military aircraft maintenance
Must have thorough knowledge of aircraft unique tools such as test equipment, torque wrenches, dial indicators, micrometers, sheet metal brakes and sheers
Must be willing to work variable shifts
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required

Preferred

Experience with MH-139 maintenance and/or modifications
Experience with rotorcraft maintenance
Hold or held an Airframe and Power plant (A&P) License
General Mechanic experience desirable
