Responsibilities
Be the single point of accountability for all logistics partners
Run day-to-day global shipments — clinical & commercial
Enforce 3PL performance, KPIs, and SLAs (no babysitting)
Own import/export compliance across regions
Track and control logistics budgets like it’s your own money
Resolve shipment failures fast — before leadership hears about them
Qualification
Required
5+ years biotech/pharma supply chain & logistics experience
Deep, hands-on import/export & global trade compliance
Proven 3PL / vendor management — not theoretical
Comfortable working under pressure with real consequences
