The role involves leading UX/UI design for an AI-powered experience, focusing on usability and compliance while collaborating with various teams to enhance customer journeys and agent engagement.

Responsibilities
Lead UX / UI design for AI Suitability Assist, including chatbot UI patterns, conversation flows, and response structure
Own information architecture and conversation mapping for the chatbot (intents, topics, follow-ups, fallback states, escalation paths)
Design end-to-end flows for the Suitability Pre-Sales Sandbox / pre-screen tool
Translate complex suitability and regulatory content into clear, plain-language, actionable user experience
Design and iterate on feedback mechanisms (e.g., response ratings, diagnostic feedback, surveys) to support continuous improvement
Collaborate with product, engineering, compliance, and SMEs to ensure solutions are usable, feasible, and compliant
Apply component-driven design using Client's design system and contribute new patterns as needed
Test, iterate, and refine designs based on pilot feedback, usability findings, and performance data
Support UAT, pilot enhancements, and creation of design documentation for development handoff
Qualification
Required
Strong interaction design and problem-solving skills, especially for complex or regulated workflows
Experience creating customer journey maps, user flows, IA models, conversation maps, and wireframes
Proficiency in high-fidelity UI design with attention to accessibility and clarity
Understanding of UX principles for responsive web and enterprise tools
Ability to collaborate with research and apply insights from qualitative and quantitative feedback
Mastery of Figma and FigJam; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
Experience designing within platform constraints (CMS, low-code, or enterprise systems)
Experience preparing detailed design specs and interaction notes for engineering handoff
Basic familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts
Working knowledge of Agile product development methodologies (Jira)
