Senior-Exec Compensation Consultant
AT&T is a leading telecommunications company empowering leaders to drive change. The Senior Exec Compensation Consultant will be responsible for designing and administering executive compensation programs that align with organizational objectives and help attract and retain talent.

Responsibilities
Conducting in-depth market research and data analysis to design competitive executive compensation programs, including short-term incentives, equity, and deferred compensation plans
Administering and supporting the implementation of executive compensation plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
Developing and/or presenting detailed reports, providing guidance to leadership on executive compensation matters, and collaborating with external vendors to evaluate and administer programs
Supporting processes related to SEC filings, one-time awards, perquisites, client consulting, external collaboration, continuous improvement, and/or leadership training
Qualification
Required
Experience with administering short and long-term incentive programs, deferred compensation, and perquisites
Strong analytical and quantitative abilities
Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with HRIS and compensation management systems
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
3+ years of experience in compensation, with a focus on executive or senior-level compensation programs
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
Certification (CECP, CCP) preferred
