Responsibilities
Lead the implementation, configuration, stabilization, and optimization of Anthology Student, with a focus on Financial Aid, to meet client-specific needs
Analyze and align client business processes – such as financial aid, admissions, enrollment, academic records, advising, student accounts – with Anthology Student functionality. Propose optimization and best practices
Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with key leaders, managers, and end-users to develop functional specifications
Assist with data migration, validation, and system integration
Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), end-user training, and go-live support
Develop documentation, workflows, and training materials
Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements post-implementation
Utilize reporting tools to support analytics and performance insights
Apply established federal, state, institutional, and industry standards (e.g., Title IV compliance) while supporting client value creation efforts
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's degree in related field required
A minimum of 3 years of Anthology Student ERP consulting experience and/or hands-on technical or functional experience in practice area, with a focus on Financial Aid. Demonstrated ability to configure the Student system independently
Strong expertise in higher education financial aid operations (such as awarding, packaging, disbursement, verification eligibility, reconciliations, loan processing, and compliance processes)
Understanding and experience with student accounts operations (such as tuition/fee billing, tuition payment processing, 1098-Ts) is desirable
Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and with clients
Strong attention to detail and solid problem-solving skills
Ability to analyze issues with limited support
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience presenting and facilitating training sessions to campus audiences
Willingness to travel when required for client or internal business
Preferred
SQL knowledge is preferable
