Responsibilities
Generate and distribute invoices
Proactively manage the collections process to minimize "Days Sales Outstanding" and ensure healthy cash flow
Manage our bill-pay platform to ensure all vendors are paid accurately and on time, while identifying opportunities for early-pay discounts
Process and categorize all Travel & Expense receipts weekly, ensuring all spending is mapped to the correct accounts
Audit employee spend against established Per Diem budgets
Analyze trends and provide summaries to leadership regarding budget compliance
Resolve accounting errors and ensure the general ledger is accurate and up-to-date
Prepare and summarize weekly reports on cash position, accounts receivable status, and team spending analysis
Qualification
Required
3+ years in a finance, bookkeeping, or accounting-support role
Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel/Google Sheets
You take pride in finding the 'missing penny' and ensuring every receipt is accounted for
Ability to enforce company spending policies and conduct collection calls with a professional and firm demeanor
Preferred
Quickbooks knowledge and capabilities

Possesses both verbal and written communication skills

Has the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
