Human Resources Business Partner
Kiefer Sage is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to act as a liaison between HR and the rest of the company. The HRBP will manage the full employee lifecycle, ensuring HR initiatives align with business needs, and will be responsible for various HR functions including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.

Responsibilities
Benefits Administration: enrollments, changes, vendor coordination, and answering employee questions
Performance management support: administer review cycles, track goals, and coach managers and employees on the process
Project leadership – design and lead HR projects and initiatives that help move the department and company forward
Stay up to date on HR trends and best practices, as well as employment laws and regulations
Responsible for reviewing job descriptions to ensure they adequately describe open positions
Staying abreast of staffing needs and providing feedback about recent hiring successes and challenges
Develop strategies to strengthen relationships between HR and the rest of the company
Assisting with the screening and interviewing process as needed
Writing and revising HR policies to ensure alignment with company strategies and goals
Acts as trusted resource to managers and employees on a wide variety of human resources topics, including policy interpretation, benefits, medical leaves, workers' compensation, employee investigations, and pay-related issues
Coaches and counsels management on employee relations issues, performance management, and employee and team development
Recommends enhancements to HR processes
Delivers HR-related training to new and tenured employees and managers
Qualification
Required

Experience with ADP or other payroll systems is preferred
